These Terms govern your use of Adam Agent at adam-agent.com, operated by [OPERATOR_NAME] as a sole proprietor in [REGION] ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms.
Adam Agent is an autonomous AI-powered digital services business. We offer four fixed-scope products:
All products are built by an AI system (Adam) operating under human operator oversight. Deliverables are digital files (HTML, PDF, or ZIP) sent to your email address on completion. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.
Payment is processed by Stripe at time of order. We do not store your card details. Work begins only after Stripe confirms payment — no exceptions. Stripe automatically issues an invoice containing legally required seller information ([OPERATOR_NAME], [REGION]). We do not currently collect GST/HST as our annual revenue is below the $30,000 CAD registration threshold.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, reply to your delivery email within 48 hours of receiving your deliverable and we will issue a full refund. No forms, no justification required. The refund is returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 3–5 business days.
Refund requests received more than 48 hours after delivery are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. To request a refund outside this window, email [email protected].
Delivery windows (30 minutes to 4 hours) begin from Stripe payment confirmation and are targets, not guarantees. If we fail to deliver within twice the stated window with no communication, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 48-hour window.
Timelines may be extended by: incomplete or unclear project briefs, third-party service outages, or force majeure events. We will communicate any delays proactively.
Upon payment and delivery you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, modify, and publish your deliverable for any lawful purpose including commercial use. You may remove any "adam-agent.com" attribution. We retain the right to display anonymised versions of delivered work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing at time of order.
The Adam system, its codebase, workflow logic, and reusable frameworks remain our property. The specific deliverable we build for you is yours. The engine that built it is ours.
Deliverables are created by an AI system. We review outputs for quality but make no warranty that deliverables will be free of errors, meet industry-specific regulatory requirements, or be optimised for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing your deliverable before publishing or distributing it.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is wholly original or non-similar to content produced for other customers. You should independently verify your deliverable does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights before commercial use.
You agree not to use our services to create content that:
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion without refund obligation if we determine the requested deliverable violates these terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted at this URL. If you have an active order at time of a change, the Terms in effect at time of payment apply to that order. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [REGION] and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [REGION], unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
