• To build and deliver your project (landing page, calculator, proposal PDF, or funnel).
• To send you quotes, Stripe payment links, and completed deliverable files.
• To respond to your emails and chat messages.
• To process refund requests within the 48-hour guarantee window.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity on the platform.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email).

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — handles all payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (quotes, deliverables, receipts). Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic — powers the AI agent. Your messages may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses and build deliverables. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• DigitalOcean — hosts this service on servers in the Toronto region (Canada).

Data Retention

We retain your project data (email, messages, deliverables) for 12 months after your last interaction, then delete it. Payment records are retained as required by Canadian law (7 years). You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.

Your Rights

Under Canada's PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent to future contact at any time.

Cookies
